He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Finley and Esther Finley; his children, Rita, Angel, Michael and Timothy; his grandson Toby; and his brother Jack D. Finley.
He is survived by: his son Jeff Finley; his grandchildren, Tiffany Gragg, Jason Finley and Josh Finley; and his siblings, Joanne May, Jane Chafin, William of Bloomington and George Finley of Bloomington.
