He is survived by: his wife Betty Stephens of Evarts Kentucky; his brothers, Dennis Randall and Danny Ray Stephens (Shelia); his children, April Dawn Henderson (Scott) and Joseph Arlando Stephens (Shandell); his grandchildren, Bray Scott Henderson, Matthew Richard Cooper (Venessa), Mason Paul Hazel (Cassidy), Joseph Michael Stephens, Braydon Arlando Stephens, Blake Owen Stephens, Jozi Rose Stephens, Tucker Robert Stephens, Oakley Ray Stephens, Lydia Valove'Cooper, Walker Wayne Cooper, Madelynn Charlotte Cooper, Emberlee AnnMae Hazel, Hallee Dawn Hazel and Berklee Shawn Hazel; and his nieces and nephews, Danny Ray Stephens Jr., Summer Stephens and Eddie Deckard (family: Lloyd, Stewart, Baker, Pitman, Dee Wise, Darlene Carter, Brandi Stephens).
