Johnson; his children, Colleen Perry (Jan), Tony Johnson (Glenna), Zina Mater (Michele), Chad Platt (Alberta), Beth Honnert (Dave) and Brian Platt (Michelle); his grandchildren, Liza Perry (Chuck Sample), Casidy Mater, Cassidy Johnson, Samantha Johnson, Brooke Honnert, Drew Honnert, Jacob Platt, Zachary Platt and Adam Platt; and his great grandchildren, Madison Sample and Abigail Sample.
