He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Mullis and Pauline Stevens Mullis; his wife Harriet; his brother James Mullis; his siblings-in-law, Suzy Mullis and James Fariss; his sisters, Joyce Ann and Delores Jean Mullis; his grandson William Mullis; and his great-nephew Trenton Mullis.
He is survived by: his children, Brad Mullis and Shelly Banks (Jeremy); his sister Linda Fariss; his close friend Leslie Huff; his grandchildren, Ashley Mullis, Alex Mullis and Gavin Banks; his sibling's children, Randy Moonshower (Shelly), Jimmy Mullis (Jennifer), Scott Moonshower (Ashley) and Katie Fariss (Skylar); and also, Susan Merriman (Tim), Brian Huff (Alisha), Christina McQueary (Ricky) and Charles Huff (Linda).
