Lauren Perwas Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 29, 2025, at the age of 36, Lauren Perwas of Bloomington, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lauren Perwas to pay them a last tribute.

Though Lauren may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Lauren touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She is survived by: her parents, Charles Perwas and Valerie Perwas of Mahwah; and her significant other Jordan Bable of Bloomington, IN. She is also survived by the love of her life; and multiple aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home of Wyckoff (257 Godwin Ave, Wyckoff, NJ 07481). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM and at 1:30 PM. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at the Fair Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery (22-21 Maple Ave, Fair Lawn, NJ 07410).
