He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alva Earl Porter and Gladys Marie Porter (Robertson); his wife Vicki Lynn Porter (Hoopingarner); his sons, Curtis Leroy Porter (Tamara), Rodney Lee Porter (Lisa) and Kevin Lawrence Porter (Carrie) of Bloomington; his grandchildren, Lindsey (Tim), Kyle (Dannika) and Tracey; his great grandchildren, Brylee, Kayden, Presley and Savannah; and his siblings, Robert J. Porter (Barbara) of Bloomington, Janet Landreth (Joe), Springville (Joyce Clark), Charles Porter, Kenneth Porter and Brenda Kenyon. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
