With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Linda Knott of Bloomington, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 25, 2026 at the age of 78. She was predeceased by: her parents, John I. Ready and Pearl L. Ready (Smith); and her great-niece Elise Sherwood. She is survived by: her husband Stephen "Steve" Knott; her son Greg Steven Knott (Heather); her stepgrandchildren, Megan Groce, Noah Saylor and Kyle Saylor; her great grandchildren, Kali, Connor, Jaxson, Layne, Everett and Mabel; her siblings, David I. Ready and Constance "Connie" Sue Sheffler (Bob); her niece Chris Sherwood (Les); and her great-niece Lauren Voelkel (Stephen). She is also survived by two great-great-nephews, and one great-great-niece.
