She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Vehige and Cecilia Vehige; and her husband Stanley Routon. She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Melsheimer of Westfield, Indiana, Patricia Feldhake (Jerry) of Westfield, IN, Thomas (Linda) of Clayton, IN, Linda Darnell (Ron) of Du Quoin, IL and Rick (Julie) of Bloomington, IN.
