She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Chandler and Frances Chandler (Stewart). She is survived by: her spouse Thomas F. Noel; her children, Ronda Fleener (John), Tonya Tiller (Foster), Tracy Noel (Rhea) and Michael Noel; and her sister Sharon Wampler. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to The Family Life Church, 8449 N. Fox Hollow Rd. Bloomington, IN 47403.
