She is survived by: her husband Bruce Galyan of Bloomington; her children, Josh Galyan (Rose) of Solsberry, Jill Burkhart (Rob) of Spencer and Jody Galyan (Abby) of Chrisney, IN; her grandchildren, Logan, Anna, Jared, Kaity, Brianna, Michael, Andi, Madi and Megan; and her great grandchildren, Oaklyn, Harper and Jase.

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Kidney Foundation.
