She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. R. Keith Michael; her parents, Clarence O. Bankert and Lillian Mary Lemmon Bankert; her brother Larry Nelson Bankert; and her stepsister Jean W. Nafzinger.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Karen Nafzinger Moore (Tom), Nancy Jo Carter (James) and James R. Michael.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 2455 E Tamarack Trail, Bloomington, IN 47408.
