She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hollers and Evie Hollers (Deckard); her spouse Omain Eads; and her siblings, Walter, Pete, Sollie, Charles, Robert, Netha Utt and Mary Lynch (Ansel Kinser).
She is survived by: her children, Cozetta Lucas (Dan) of Springville and Tony Eads (Beverly) of Bloomington. She is also survived by two grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and six step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Martha's name.
