He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Chuck, Marion Doering, Edward, Lillian Euers, Virgil and Martha Liebrandt; and his brother Matthew Allen Patton.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Nicoll Doering; his children, Izaiah Christopher and Henry Edward; his parents, Debbie Hubbard and Jim Doering (Marti); and his brother Mark Patton (Michele). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and a community of dear friends, mentees, and brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Zion Community Church of the Nazarene (6287 W Ratliff Rd, Bloomington, IN 47401). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at the same location.
