She was predeceased by: her parents, Lurena Pearl Roberts (Starbuck) and Raymond Roberts; her husband C. D. Mitchell; and her brothers, Donald Ray Starbuck and Morris Keith Starbuck (Maudline).
She is survived by: her daughter Yvette Greene (Bill) of Anderson, SC; her grandchildren, Chelsea Butts (David) of Simpsonville, SC and Garrett Hoy (Brianna) of Bedford; her great grandchild Ainsley; her grandson Easton Butts; and her sister Patty Robertson (David) of Ellettsville. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews.
