She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Halverstadt and Ada June Halverstadt (Abbott); her husband David Loy Mitchell; and her siblings, James Halverstadt and Sylvia Halverstadt.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Carol Linnell (Charles) of Valdez, Keith Mitchell (Jenny) of Ladera Ranch and Kimberly Veasy (Mike) of Palm Bay, Florida; and her grandchildren, Robert Stark, Tiffani Le Bouef and Ron Veasy. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
