She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Spurgeon and Mamie Spurgeon; her sister Wanda Couch; and her husband Henry Shannon Winters. She is survived by: her brother John Spurgeon; and her sons, David Winters, Mark Winters (Rachel), Timothy Winters (Susan) and Scott Winters (Dianna). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, a nephew, cousins, and friends.
