She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey H. Martindale and Etta Louise Benson (Eller); her husband Michael L. Slater of Slater's Auto Parts; her son Martin Fleener Jr.; her sister Judi Benson; her brother-in-law Kenny Poling; her son-in-law Aaron Bray; her granddaughter Natalie Fleener; and the father of her children Martin Fleener Sr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Summer Bray of Nashville and Jodi Boyd of Morgantown; her siblings, Dianna Poling of Unionville, Rhea Dawn May (Rick) of Bloomington and Sherri Lamb (Jeff) of Lady Lake, Florida; her sisters-in-law, Donna Slater of Morgan County, Lisa Mowery of Brown County and Kathy Martin of Brown County; and her grandchildren, Ashley McCarty (Cam), Cierra Bayne (Jordan), Christopher Powell, Kelsey Priddy (Austin), Brailey Bray, Evan Ress, Sebastian Fleener, Trey Boyd, Gavin Fleener and Jurnee Jacobs. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
