He was predeceased by: his parents, William Delmar Sparks and Anna Leverne Sparks (Jones); his brother Michael; and his aunt Connie Argus. He is survived by: his wife Janice Marie Sparks; his sons, Patrick W. Sparks II (Tina), Paul D. Sparks (Melissa) and Micheal Barker; and his brothers, Larry Sparks and Gary Sparks. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
