He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Noyes and Barbara Noyes (Richardson). He is survived by: his sister Terry (Noyes); and his aunts, Peggy Krebbs and Wilma Fiscus. He is also survived by many friends and a few very close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Monroe County Humane Society, the American Cancer Society, or to the charity of the donor's choice.
