She is survived by: her sons, James Patrick Lewis (Kristie) and Gregory John Lewis (Krista); her grandchildren, Courtney Rae Lewis, Nathan James Lewis (Lexi) and Hannah Sue Lewis (Donovan); her great grandchildren, Makaia, Zaylen McGruder, Jasper Lewis, Theodore and Aiden White; and her siblings, Daniel Rapp, Margie Hazelet and Joan Rapp.
