He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Eugene Perry and Margaret Amanda Perry (Baugh); and his wife Kathy Perry (Hueston). He is survived by: his daughter Erin Dawn; his son-in-law Robert Ainsworth; his grandchildren, Noah Ainsworth and Maci Ainsworth; his sister Regina; his brother-in-law Mark Kinser; his brother Roger; and his sister-in-law Kathy Perry. He is also survived by three nieces, one nephew, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to SouthernCare Hospice or Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Monroe County.
