He was predeceased by: his cousin Ross Howe (Judy). He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Ann Salmon (Headley); his daughters, Karen Salmon and Shelli Altemeyer (Stuart); his grandson Grey Altemeyer; his brothers, Barry Salmon (Mary) and Glen Salmon (Susan); his nephew Scott Salmon (Kristen); his niece Jessica Fortes (Cameron); and his great-niece Elaine "Ellie".
