With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Donald Heupel of Bloomington, Indiana, born in Garrett, Indiana, who passed away on August 24, 2023 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Frederick and Arline Marie Heupel (Mellott); his brother Dana Heupel; and his brother-in-law Rick Trobridge. He is survived by: his wife Laura Heupel (Welton) of Bloomington; his daughters, Melanie Keller (Andy) of Bloomington and Gina Johnson (Matt) of Southlake, TX; his grandchildren, Malone, Millie Johnson, Emerson and Brayton Keller; his sisters, Carol Rhodes (Roger) of Bloomington and Janene Trobridge of Wabash; and his sister-in-law Kathie Wozniak. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
