He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Hawkins; his children, Alicia Meranda (John Stymie), April Hamilton (Jacob), Matthew Hawkins (Ruth), Chad Gabbard (Heather), Richard Hamm II and Patrick Hamm (Joanna); his grandchildren, Angel Gabbard, Brandon Flieger, Lilian Gabbard, Caroline Hamilton, Audri Forker, Graci Hamm, Sophie Hamm and Leeanna Hamm; his brother Frank Hawkins (Diana); and his former wife Bonnie Hawkins. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
