He is survived by: his wife Maria; his grandsons, Deacon Burks, Grady Burks, Griffin Burks and Dawson Burks; his sister Rita Rexroat (Larry) of Russell Springs; Andrew Noble Burks (Sarah) of Campbellsburg, Nicholas Gene Burks (Lindsay) of Franklin and Patrick Michael Burks of Campbellsburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
