He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Booze and Dorothy Booze; and his siblings, Dewayne, LeRoy, Wilbur, Marlene and Margaret.

He is survived by: his pet Rebel. He is also survived by his 2 daughters, grandson, granddaughter and several great grandkids.
