He is survived by: his wife Julie Higgins; his daughters, Tammy Michael (Randy) of Bloomington, Tina Porter of Bloomington, Becky Higgins of Bloomington and Teresa Carson of Bloomington; his brother Ernie Higgins (Sharon) of Bloomington; and his grandchildren, Shayla Ellis (Brian) of Bloomington, Kendall Porter of Bloomington, Kaylynn Higgins of Bloomington, Calliope Higgins of Bloomington and Bexley Higgins of Bloomington. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
