He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Scott and Elsie Mae Young Scott; and his brother Michael Scott. He is survived by: his wife Kristina L. Scott of Bloomington; his children, Samantha Hill (Derrick) of Katy and Fredrick Scott of Columbus; his grandchildren, Pheobe, Victoria and Vincent Rosinko; and his child Cassian Hill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
