He is survived by: his wife Sharron Burks; his daughter Barbra Carter (Shon); his grandchildren, Ashton Carter, Patrick Carter, Javen Carter, Trissity Asberry, Andy Brollier and Kyly Grose; and his siblings, Leslie Brosman and Beverly Feldman. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Valhalla Memory Gardens (310 N Johnson Ave, Bloomington, IN 47401).
