He is survived by: his daughters, Suzanne McPike (Rick) and Julie Hunsaker; his grandchildren, Lauren McPike (Mike Paxton) and Stephanie Fraker (Carl Gilbert); his great grandchildren, AJ Fraker, Dawson Gilbert and Rebecca Gilbert; his fiancée Jane Worstall; and his nieces and nephews, Daniel Miller (Beverly), Roger Hawkins (Debbie), Larry Murphy, David Hunsaker, MaryBeth Galuoppo (Joe) and LouAnn Fortner (Kipp).
