She was predeceased by: her husbands, Dale Mingee and William Robert Sipes; her significant other Franklin Enochs; her parents, Chester Field Horton and Rose White (Ernest White); her sisters, Louise Lawson and Lois Bennett; her nephew Robert Horton; her niece Vicky Bruhn; and her siblings-in-law, Patsy Sipes, Ruby Lovell, James Sipes, Jake Taylor and Jim Lovell.
She is survived by: her son Michael Dale Sipes (Wanda Tilley); her grandsons, Michael Sipes Jr., Bronson Sipes and Richard Sipes (Brittany Lynn Sipes); her great grandchildren, Briana and Skylar; her son Randall Clark Sipes (Donna); her grandsons, Christopher Sipes (Cindy Sipes), Dustin Sipes and Jason Sipes; and her brother Chester Dale Horton.
