He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn Jean Carmer (Neff); his grandparents, James Eugene and Freeda May Neff; his brother Luke Cody Siscoe; and his nephew Jimmy Kenneth James.
He is survived by: his father Gary Lee Siscoe (Mary) of Walnut, MS; his wife Jen Siscoe of Bloomington; his birth father Dennis Carmer of Gulf Shores, AL; and his siblings, Brad Siscoe (Sara) of Scottsburg, IN, Jeff Siscoe (April) of Bloomington, IN, Shelley Siscoe of Bloomington, IN, Nikki Pierce (Lee) of Plainfield, IN and Haillah Woodall (Andrew) of Gnaw Bone, IN. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask memorial contributions be made through Burkholder Chapel to help with expenses.
