He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hill and Lois Hill (Todd). He is survived by: his wife Rita (McFadden); his daughters, Amber Koontz (Michael) and Ashley Dixon (Nathan); his grandchildren, Houston, Hattie, Hensley, Halston Burdeshaw, Lindsay, Tyler and Brooke Koontz; and his brother Jim Hill (Connie). He is also survived by niece and nephew.
