She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Jeanett Mullis (Pfaff) and Leon Mullis; her brothers, Steven Joe Mullis and Robert Mullis; her niece Amanda Roper; and her great-nephew Gavin Harper.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Dale Boruff (Brittany) of Bedford and Heather Smith of Bedford; her grandchild Toby Dale Box; her children, Star Lynnetta Smith, Skyler Dimtri Joe Pfaff and Markus White; and her sisters, Janice Mullis of Stanford, Anna Patton of Bedford and Rosetta Hearth of Bloomington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
