She is survived by: her husband Dale Carter; her children, Jason Carter (Jennifer Unsworth), Josh Downes (Bridget) and Jacqueline Carter (Shawn Mulherin); her grandchildren, Colton Bartley Carter, Cooper Bartley Carter, Klarisa, Carmella, Dawson, Hudson and Sydney; her great grandchild Sabrina; and her brother Scott Rasener.
