He was predeceased by: his mother Lillie B. Tate (Stinson); his siblings, Lenois Campbell and Brenda J. Alsum; and his daughter Teonha L. Monroe. He is survived by: his wife Tracy Johnson of Bloomington; his son Anthony Sykes of Bloomington; and his siblings, Carolyn J. Tate of Mansfield, TX, Shearon D. Neal of Los Angeles, CA and Ricky F. Neal of Chandler, AZ. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
