He was predeceased by: his parents, Col. Harry T. Niggle and Patricia Niggle; and his grandparents, John, Dolly Niggle, Chester and Stella Cecil.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Thickstun Niggle; and his siblings, Philip Niggle (Lourdes), Gregory Niggle (Linda) and Laura Plunkett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
