He was predeceased by: his son Tyler Lee Hawkins; and his grandparents, Leston and Clara Mae Axsom. He is survived by: his parents, Ron Hawkins and Cindy Hawkins (Axsom) of Ellettsville; his wife Angel Hawkins; his children, Mason Lee Hawkins, Callahan Ryder Hawkins and Wriglie Jade Hawkins; his siblings, Jordan Hawkins (Emily) of Ellettsville and Abigail Mahurin (Alex) of Ellettsville; his grandparents, Don and Jackie Hawkins of Bloomington; his mother-in-law Jean Nicholson of Indianapolis; his siblings-in-law, Bill Nicholson (Katherine) of Shawnee, OK and Desiree McVay Nicholson of Indianapolis; and his great-grandparent Thelma Rockwell of Bloomington. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
