Boyer (Jerad Stillabower) of Hope, Indiana; his siblings, Donna Anderson (Jim) of Apple Valley, MN, Julie Shertzer (Bryan) of Bloomington and Ron Boyer of Mishawaka, IN; and his caregivers, Brad and Ashlynn Carmichael of Bloomington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
