He is survived by: his sister Dori Allen (Steve) of Paris Illinois; his nieces, Amy Perez (George), Kristina Opalesky of Arvada Colorado and Cynthia Koessler (Kevin) of Bloomington Indiana; his grandchildren, Justin Miller, Maya Bowman, Colby Opalesky, Juliana Opalesky and Laurelle Kattie; his niece Jennifer Sumner; and his nephew Josh Sumner.
