He was predeceased by: his parents, William Paul and Marjorie Sturgeon (Jackson). He is survived by: his wife Sara Sturgeon (Cooksey); his children, Christopher Sturgeon (Polly), Courtney Jarrett (Jayson), Carey LaBella (Jason) and Chanel Stickles (Clint); his brothers, Dennis Sturgeon (Rena) and Tom Sturgeon (Pat); and his grandchildren, Brooklynn Stickles, Beau Badger, Alex Jarrett, Abel Jarrett, Theo LaBella, Dorothy LaBella, Rosie LaBella, Gideon LaBella and Anders Sturgeon.
