She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Schoeff and Helen Schoeff (Roush); her husband John Meeks; her children, Michael and Marilyn Webb; her siblings, Frances McIntosh (George) and Roy Schoeff (Janet); and her brother-in-law Walt Neuenschwander, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Linda Masterson (Terry) and Richard Meeks; her children-in-law, Pam Meeks and David Webb; her grandsons, Chad Meeks (Angela) and David Meeks (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Jared (Angela), Elisha, Cole (Gabbi), Grace and Sophia; her great great grandchild Lucas Allen Meeks; and her sisters, Joyce Neuenschwander and Glennis Henly (Wayne). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
While Carol loved flowers and could grow anything, the family would prefer memorials be made to the donor's choice.
