He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles D. Earhart and Louise D. Earhart (Bertsch); and his father-in-law William "Bill" G. Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Thompson; his daughter Shelby Earhart (Clint Baumgartner); his granddaughter Piper Mae Earhart; his siblings, Anita Penrod (Brian) and Charlie Earhart (Deb); his mother-in-law Cheryl Thompson Mann (Craig); his siblings-in-law, Jeff Thompson (Tonya) and Jami Prough (Tim); his nieces and nephews, Derrick Penrod (Nina), Logan Penrod (Kristen), Jobe Thompson (Tessa), Josh Thompson, Derek Prough (Lacey), Trevor Prough (Elyse), Brook Earhart and Jaci Prough; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emmett Earhart, Jason Prough, Lila, Addie Penrod, Tallulah Thompson and Emily Prough.
