Foreman (Bluffton, Indiana), born in Muskegon, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 26, 2024 at the age of 68. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas L. Foreman, and Lucielle Foreman, Jr. (Holley); and his grandparents, Thomas and Opal Foreman, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Susan Foreman of Poneto; his children, Eric T. Foreman (Emily) of Liberty Center and Tricia Patch (Mark) of Geneva; his brother Dave Foreman (Kathy) of Fort Wayne; and his stepsister Sherrie Hicks of Portland, Indiana.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to charity of the Donor's Choice.
