She was predeceased by: her mother Deborah Horn (Tingle); and her grandparents, Andy, Vivian Tingle, Bob and Beth Horn.
She is survived by: her father Jim Horn of Sebring, FL.; her daughter Andie Lynn Shaneyfelt of Bluffton; her sister Jen Koop (Christian) of Ossian; and her sibling's children, Lenwell of Nevada and Harrison Koop of Ossian.
Memorials may be made in Dana's memory to a scholarship fund for her daughter, Andie, and checks can be made out to Jim Horn.
