He is survived by: his son Kevin Lee Gerber (Katie) of Middletown; his grandchildren, Tosha Weikel of North Carolina and Briar Gerber (Fallon) of Fort Wayne; his great grandchild Nolan Schnider; and his sister Etta Williams of Fort Wayne.
Memorials may be made in David's memory to the American Heart Association or the American Legion Post #111 Honor Guard Fund and can be directed to the funeral home.
