He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Haines and Mary Haines (Hopkins); his former wife Una Haines (Liechty); and his siblings, Dwight Haines, Dorothy Haines, Dora Dean Williams, Dixie Dale Bailey, Delbert Haines and Delilah Haines.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline Haines (Isch); and his children, Daniel Haines (Robin) of Geneva, David Haines (Rene) of Portland and Deanna Rinehart (David) of Markle. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and sixteen great grandchildren.
