She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Vickrey and Dessie Vickrey (Sliger); and her sister Helen Cargar. She is survived by: her children, Kent Inskeep (Lana) of Bluffton, Susan Freds Dowling (John) of Bluffton and Jan Miller (James) of Redlands, Calif.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
