She was predeceased by: her parents, John Turk and Mary Turk (Zaller); her husband Richard F. Benes; and her sister Jacqueline Turk. She is survived by: her son Thomas Benes (Linda) of Sandy Springs, GA; her sister Janet Surovec (Steve) of Cleveland, OH; her niece Suzanne Surovec of Cleveland, OH; and her nephew Stephen Surovec (Sue) of North Carolina. She is also survived by five great nieces and nephews.
