She was predeceased by: her mother Imogene Enola Amstutz (Shively); her husband Robert Allen Garner; her father Clarence Amstutz; her sister Rebecca "Becky" Amstutz; and her stepson Jared Wayne Garner.
She is survived by: her siblings, William "Bill" Amstutz of Rushville, Robert Amstutz (Rita) of Defiance, Ohio and Barbara Hough (Burley) of Geneva, Indiana; and her stepchildren, Carla Garner of Portland, Indiana, Corrine Van Skyock of Portland, Indiana and Christopher Garner of Portland, Indiana. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Downing & Glancy Funeral Home (100 Washington St, Geneva, IN 46740). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
